Small Non-Profits Alliance Terms and Conditions of Membership

These Membership Terms (Terms) govern the application for Basic and Advanced Membership, Monthly Advanced Membership (Membership) and Mighty Membership of the Small Non-Profits Alliance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to your application for a Membership. By applying for Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and will provide the most recent version on our website. Throughout these Terms, the terms “Small Non-Profits Alliance”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Small Non-Profits Alliance (a business of Fish Community Solutions Pty Ltd ABN: 43 148 921 715) and its associated entities, and “you” refers to the individual or business purchasing a Membership or Webinar  Masterclass Ticket or Event Ticket.
1. Membership Fees, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1.1 The Membership Fee for Advanced Membership is AUD$198 paid securely via Paypal.com for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The Membership Fee for Advanced Membership Monthly is AUD$25 per month paid securely via Paypal.com for a period of one month on an ongoing basis. The Membership Fee for Mighty Membership is AUD$48 per year. Payment via Paypal.com is the only method of payment currently available, but users may employ a variety of purchase methods via PayPal including credit card, debit card or linked bank account. All transactions are processed by PayPal. 1.2 The Advanced Membership fee and Mighty Membership fee is non-refundable. The Small Non-Profits Alliance may offer a transfer of membership or credit in special circumstances on a case-by-case basis but is not guaranteed. Application for transfer must be sent in writing to members@smallnonprofits.com.au and will be responded to in writing. 1.3 We reserve the right to change Membership rates and access at any time, and current fees will be clearly displayed at the time of transaction. Fee increases or decreases are not retrospective and no refund of fee difference will be offered. 1.4 The minimum commitment for Advanced Membership and Mighty Membership is 12 months from initial joining date. The minimum commitment for Advanced Membership Monthly is one month from initial joining date. Your fees are non-refundable if you wish to cancel your membership early. 1.5 Advanced Membership and Advanced Membership Monthly is a membership on a subscription basis, which will automatically renew via your Paypal.com account. The Mighty Membership fee payment is made on a one-off payment basis and is not on a subscription basis. You may cancel your recurring payment to us for Advanced Membership at any time via your Paypal.com account but no refund will be provided for early cancellation. See 1.2 above. 1.6 As an Advanced Member, Advanced Member Monthly or Mighty Member you have access to a range of member benefits which will change from time to time. 1.7 You may cancel a Basic Membership at any time via the settings in your Alliance account or by contacting us in writing members@smallnonprofits.com.au. 1.8 We reserve the right to cancel without notice individual or organisational memberships at any time and for any reason including, but not limited to, instances where the membership in question is not held by an individual or organisation which is a registered non-profit or charity in their relevant country of origin. If you are unsure if you qualify to join as a member please contact us in writing members@smallnonprofits.com.au. 1.9 All Webinar Masterclass Tickets and Event Tickets purchased are non-refundable. By purchasing Webinar Masterclass Tickets and Event Tickets you agree the ticket cost is non-refundable. Webinar Masterclass Tickets and Event Tickets are non-refundable in the event you miss the Webinar Masterclass and/or Event or you are unable to attend for any reason. Webinar Masterclass Tickets and Event Tickets may be refundable on a case-by-case basis, should the Webinar Masterclass or Event be cancelled and not rescheduled within a 12-month period.
2. Privacy
2.1 Personal Information provided by you during the Basic, Mighty and Advanced Membership application process and throughout the duration of your Membership will be held and dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Website. 2.2. Without limiting our Privacy Policy, you consent to: 2.2.1 Your identifying details being made accessible to other Members on our Website; and 2.2.2 Receiving commercial emails from us and our approved third-party providers. You may opt-out of emails by logging into your account settings and editing your preferences, or by notifying us directly in writing members@smallnonprofits.com.au.
3. Limitation of Liability
3.1. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions and warranties relating to your Membership. 3.2. Where our liability cannot be excluded, such as in relation to Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or other prescribed terms under legislation, our liability for breach is limited to the Membership Fees paid by you.
